1. Who runs this site

2. What the site is for
The site is informational and promotional. It presents website and webshop development and maintenance services and lets you send an enquiry. No sales or payments take place on the site itself.
3. Prices and quotes
All prices shown are indicative, in euros and exclusive of VAT (the business is outside the VAT system). Published prices are not a binding offer; they are an invitation to enquire.
Only a written quote prepared for your specific project is binding, and it states the scope, price and deadline. The timelines given on the site (5 working days for a website, 14 days for a webshop) apply to projects of ordinary scope and run from the moment all required material is received and the quote is confirmed.
4. Copyright and content
All content on this site — text, design, layout, logo and source code — is protected by copyright and belongs to the business named above, except where explicitly stated otherwise. Reproduction, distribution or publication without prior written permission is not permitted.
Third-party product and service names mentioned here (WordPress, WooCommerce, Next.js, Astro, Stripe, Corvus Pay, WSPay, Mollie, GLS, Croatian Post, Overseas, Cloudflare, Google and others) are trademarks of their respective owners and appear solely to describe the technologies and services I work with.
5. Reviews
The reviews shown on this site are reproduced verbatim from the business's public Google profile and have not been edited or translated. They are not a guarantee of the same outcome on any future project.
6. Liability
Content is prepared with care but published "as is", without warranty that it is complete, accurate and current at all times. I am not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, nor for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or a fault at the hosting provider.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to external sites (for example bradatiguru.hr and a Google profile). I am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Sending an enquiry
By submitting the form you confirm that the details entered are accurate and that you are entitled to use the contact details you provide. Sending unsolicited messages, automated requests, or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights is prohibited. I reserve the right not to respond to an enquiry and to block access to the form in case of abuse.

9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended at any time. Amendments take effect on publication at this address, with the date shown. Occasional review is recommended.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Čakovec. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
